4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform - including but not limited to emotional distress, financial loss resulting from interactions with other members, or damages from unauthorized access to your account. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

5. Dispute Resolution
